If our engineering team identifies an EOL part or a Pin-to-Pin alternative that lowers cost, we submit a formal engineering change notice (ECN) containing datasheets, parametric side-by-side comparisons, and sample testing results. No substitution is purchased or mounted without explicit written client sign-off.

What happens if some components are lost during SMT feeder placement?

In our Full Turnkey model, YCT takes 100% financial and operational responsibility for standard SMT placement attrition. We automatically calculate and purchase the necessary factory reel allowances. You are billed only for the finished, working boards specified in your purchase order.
