Shenzhen YongChangTai Electronic Co., Ltd. was officially incorporated in Bao'an District, focusing on precision SMT surface mount assembly and custom circuit board contract manufacturing.

2015

Capacity Expansion & Relocation to Xinqiao

Expanded production footprint into Xinqiao, adding high-precision SMT lines and expanding DIP insertion capacity to meet surging overseas consumer electronics orders.

2017

Major Equipment Upgrade to Panasonic High-Speed Mounters

Invested heavily in automated high-speed Panasonic placement machines, introducing 0201 micro-component capabilities and fine-pitch BGA mounting (down to 0.25mm pitch).

2018

In-House Environmental & Reliability Testing Lab Established

Formally commissioned our in-house testing facility equipped with thermal shock chambers, salt spray corrosion chambers, vibration testing rigs, and simulated transportation tables.

December 2021

Scale-up to St. George Industrial Park (Shajing, Bao'an)

Relocated flagship operations to a 3,000+ m² standardized dust-free facility in St. George Industrial Park, integrating comprehensive MES digital manufacturing control and intelligent kitting.

Longgang Branch Facility Commissioned
