Porduction Capacity
The main factory is located in Shenggeorge Industrial Park, Xinyu Road, Xinqiao Street, Baoan District, Shenzhen City, 30 kilometers away from the city center, with a plant of more than 2300 square meters, the number of employees more than 100 people, in March 2023 in Longgang Pinghu additional factory. At present, there are 8 high-speed SMT SMT production lines in the main plant and branch plant, the main production equipment is: NPM D3+TT2, Panasonic CM602, CM402, CM212, CM301 4, Jinto double-track reflow welding (10 temperature zone), Desen automatic printing machine, the first piece confirmation instrument.
DIP equipped with Nitto wave soldering, automatic spot welding machine, RF tester and other advanced equipment. Testing equipment AOI, SPI, X-RAY complete. Factory SMT processing daily output of more than 10 million points, all kinds of electronic components QFP, BGA and other shaped components (minimum 0201, spacing greater than 0.25mm) can be patch production. At the same time, the factory is also equipped with reliability laboratory, high temperature box, low temperature box, salt spray test box, constant temperature and humidity box, etc., which can fully meet the reliability test needs of general products.
